Delete your Acne Fixaccount & data
You can ask us to delete your Acne Fix account and the personal data associated with it. A full deletion removes your account, profile and questionnaire answers, routines, daily logs, Skin Scores, scans, and any cloud-backed photo references.
We action deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations; those are kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
Two ways to delete
In the app (on-device data)
Open Acne Fix and go to Profile → “Delete all my data.” This immediately removes the data stored on your device and signs you out. Note it does not remove your cloud backup or account — use the request below for that.
Full deletion (account + cloud backup)
Submit the form below, or email support@acnefix.app with the email you signed in with. We'll remove your account and cloud data.
Request deletion
If the form doesn't work in your browser, use the “email us directly” link — it opens a pre-filled message so your request still reaches us.
