What is Acne Fix?
Acne Fix is an AI skincare app. You complete a short skin quiz and add a selfie, and the app uses AI to generate a personalized four-stage routine. It then helps you track daily check-ins, AI Skin Scores, and progress photos.
Is this medical advice?
No. Acne Fix is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Everything in the app is for general information only. See the medical disclaimer and always consult a qualified dermatologist or physician for medical concerns.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Acne Fix Pro is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, so you cancel it there:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Acne Fix → Cancel Subscription.
- Android:Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Acne Fix → Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google — we can't process store refunds directly. Request a refund through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or the Google Play refund process. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
How do I delete my data?
You can clear on-device data any time in the app (Profile → “Delete all my data”). To also remove your cloud backup and account, use our Delete your account & data page.
How is my data used?

Is my face photo shared?
Your photos and questionnaire answers are sent to Google's Gemini AI for automated analysis so the app can generate your routine and Skin Scores. This is automated processing and not a medical diagnosis. See the Privacy Policy for details.
